The International Space Station systems were running hotter than was desired, and a solution was needed. Business Integra has a robust Houston unit supporting NASA for several years. This unit of Business Integra designed and developed the Upgraded Tracker Thermal Pump System (UTTPS), an improved cooling system incorporating advanced and innovative electronics capable of operating in the environment of space. The UTTPS was successfully installed by astronauts on the International Space Station in December 3, 2019, including power and data cable connection for all eight cooling lines. and met all parameters for a completely successfully solution and installation. Business Integra has been recognized in Congressional Testimony by the Center for Advancement of Science in Space (CASIS) for its contributions to our national success in space.
